We have been checked strictly all of products before we sent. when you received the products and check, if the products have some problems you can contact us by Email, we would handle it as soon as possible.

We accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:
1.The goods are different your ordered.
2.The goods are broken or damaged.
3.The goods you are not satisfied.

Contact us immediately at admin@ecreplica.com and explaining the reason you wish to return the goods, we will instruct you where to return the goods. do not return to sender, you must contact us before returning any items in order to receive a refund or replacement.

Your goods must be returned, at your own expense, within 7 days of receipt, in unused condition, with all tags attached and provide us the tracking number. after confirmation, we will resend your goods, or you can keep the money as balance for another order. and the refunds may take up 6-10 business days after receipt of the goods.

Issue processing time are 7 days after package receipt day, after timing expired, we will not be responsible.
